Pro Build East Ltd are based in Hadleigh near Ipswich and  primarily work throughout Suffolk, but also cross into Essex, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

Our standard working hours are 9am till 5pm, but when needed we are able to accommadate clients needs.

Yes, we are fully insured with public liability insurance up to £5 Million.

We always show respect for you and your property, so we make every possible attempt to keep your property as clean and tidy as possible.  

Obviously we will generate a degree of mess, but it will be kept to a minimum and thoroughly tidied before we leave.

We will issue a ‘quotation,’ not an ‘estimate.’ That means, should you accept that price, that is what you will pay. We don’t ask for a ‘contingency’ of ‘leeway’ in the final figure and, if we find we undercharged you later, then we rightfully take the loss. The one exception is in the rare event that we discover a severe structural issue that was impossible to detect during initial surveys. In short, we want to play fair and hope you remember that when you talk about us.

We do not sub-contract jobs out to other companies.  

We have a small group of specialist sub-contractors which we regularly call on if needed.

These specialist subcontractors work hand-in-hand with us, but not instead of us, so rest assured you know that the highest standards are always maintained.
